Mission Statement
Dr. Steven Rubin's professional mission is to provide practical, individualized quality health care and education to gerolescent adults, their families, and our communities. Dr. Rubin is passionate about revealing honest information to uncover misdiagnosis and inappropriate treatment. He strongly believes the mainstream remedy of prescribing more drugs for seniors often does not enhance health care. Too many seniors, and their families, are receiving misguided and misinformed information and consequently are being exposed to expensive and failed treatment. Dr. Rubin is convinced dispensing more drugs to the elderly often only makes pharmaceutical companies richer and doesn't promote quality of life.
Steven E. Rubin, M.D. is an American Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist specializing in Geriatric Psychiatry. He received his medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in 1988. He completed his internship at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
